Must Have Pantry Item

Last nights dinner was Oh So Easy yet Oh So Yum.  Italiano chicken on a bed of veges with egg, tomato and avocado and french dressing.  Now even that sounds like hard work to me!

Then I discovered this:


I was a tad concerned as the other one I bought (Real Mans) said it was quite spicy - but this is quite mild and super tasty.

So for dinner I cubed some chicken breast, covered it with this rub and cooked it.  Then on a plate I did a bed of veges (I even cheated and used a bag of Wok Creations veges that you heat in the microwave) spread on the chicken, threw on some chopped tomato, avocado and a hard boiled egg.  Some salt and pepper and a sprinkle of French Dressing and down the hatch it went.

Easy Peasy Japaneasy!
