Introducing Pirate Steve and Pirate Aarrrrgggghhhh

I had a mammoth sewing evening last night.  Well mammoth by my standards anyway!

I was catching up on my regular blogs that I follow and came across these fantastic dudes at Dee Construction.

Of course the boys happened to come in at the wrong right time and saw them and asked if we could make them.  Who am I to say no?!?!  Just quietly I was a bit excited about giving them a go as well.  So we piled into the car and went shopping for our pirate parts.

Oh boy!  Learnt the hard way that you either don't let your kids see the original photos or you don't take them shopping!  The Crazys want them exactly the same - same colours, same patterns.  Thankfully I only had to go to two shops and it was sorted!

Anyway, introducing Pirate Steve (Crazy 1's) and Pirate Arrggghhh (Crazy 2's - not quite grasping the idea of naming him)

You did an AMAZING job! Well done Jo! I haven't let Noah see this or the original yet as he would be on my case too! (He is super pirate mad too - I am planning his and Isy's combined birthday as a Princess and Pirate theme - so the 2 crazys can dress up if they want!) Jenny x

Thanks. I am so not a sewer. I did it at high school but have never really kept it up. Ya about the party planning. Sounds like fun!

Very cool! Does Riley think Uncle Steve is a pirate with his permanent stuble??
