Microwave + Coffee Mugs = Bad Combination

I was looking through our Picasa Albums with the boys today and came across these photos - sorry if they make you squiemish!

I was microwaving some Cheerios for the boys one night in a coffee mug, when it finished reached in to grab it and got the fright of my life.  The Cheerios - stone cold, the coffee mug - piping hot.

I don't even think childbirth compared to this pain.

Mental Note:: If microwaving a coffee mug, use a tea towel to get it out!
